So far I suck at this training diary thing. At least in the bit that I actually write it down outside my own head. Kind of integral part of the process I guess you would say. But I’m persisting anyway. It could take me years to catch up, but still. I have been studiously collecting photos on my runs, so I might as well use them for something.
I’m really not keen on the 10km distance. Like 12, like 8. Don’t like 10. It makes no real actual sense, but there you go.
